The 38th Yi Jia International Elite Training Camp was held in Taichung from March 11 to March 13, 2017, attracting the participation of 20 teaching assistants and 111 partners。
The three-day experimental training course gives an opportunity for the participants to have a deeper understanding to themselves. Guided by professional mentors, the participants got to break their conventional thinking and remove restrictions they put on themselves, and find the reasons why they set out at the very beginning. Besides, professional lecturers were invited to teach the participants marketing skills. Two marketing leaders, Sun Jiajing and Chen Hongchang, shared their experience and received rave response. Through the training, the participants also gained deeper understanding towards the concept that “There are no perfect individuals, only perfect team”.
The Training Camp rounded off thanks to the great efforts made by all tutors and participants, as well as support of the company. From now on, they will be more confident to cope with various challenges ahead.
